Returns

What is Your return policy?

Our return policy is exchange or store credit within seven days of purchase. All sale items are FINAL SALE and there are no refunds.

How long will it take to process a store credit when an item is being shipped back to the store?

Upon receiving your items for exchange or store credit, our team will process the return the day it is received (keep in mind we are closed on Sundays and Mondays). We will then either exchange for the items you are seeking or issue you a store credit. Store credits are saved in our system, but we will also mail you a copy of your store credit for your convenience.

Can items be returned in-store that were purchased online?

Yes, of course! Any full-priced item purchased online can be returned to our store for exchange or store credit within seven days from receiving the item(s). All sale items are final sale and cannot be returned.

Shipping

Are you able to ship internationally?

As of now, we are able to ship all across the United States and Canada. Our U.S. Shipping Rate is $12 and our Canadian Shipping Rate is $30.

Gift Cards

How do I purchase a gift card?

In store, just see one of our Brand Ambassadors at checkout and they’d be happy to assist you with purchasing a gift card.

Sizing

What sizes do you carry?

We believe, first and foremost, in housing inclusive sizing and brands. We carry sizes 0-3X. Some brands run smaller or larger than others, so please don’t hesitate to call us at (629) 702-6188 to ask about specific pieces. Our Brand Ambassadors can also recommend styles based on your needs.
